1. A reminder tool, not medical advice

Goli Time only reminds you to take medicines that your doctor has already prescribed, at the times you confirm. It does not diagnose any condition, give medical advice, prescribe or recommend medicines or doses, or check for drug interactions or allergies. It is not a medical device and does not replace your doctor, pharmacist or other health professional. Using Goli Time does not create a doctor–patient relationship.

2. Always follow your doctor

Do not start, stop, skip or change the dose of any medicine because of a Goli Time message. If you are unsure about a medicine, ask your doctor or pharmacist. If you miss a dose, follow your doctor's or the medicine leaflet's instructions, not a guess.

3. AI can make mistakes

Prescriptions are read by an AI service. Handwriting, abbreviations and photo quality can cause errors in medicine names, doses or timings. Goli Time always shows you the list first. You must check every item against your prescription before confirming. The final schedule is the one you confirm.

4. Reminders may be delayed

Reminders depend on WhatsApp, Meta's platform, your phone, battery and internet connection, and may sometimes be late or not arrive. Please do not rely on Goli Time alone for medicines where timing is critical.

5. No sale of medicines and no health claims

Goli Time does not sell, supply or advertise medicines, and does not take orders for prescription drugs. Nothing on this site or in our messages claims that any medicine or Goli Time itself will cure, treat or prevent a disease. Pharmacy or clinic names shown in messages are for patient reminders only.

6. Family alerts

Family alerts are a convenience. They do not mean a family member or Goli Time is monitoring the patient's health, and they are not an emergency alarm.
